TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering my services, it is understood that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of service listed below. Failure to comply with the terms of service will result in the cancellation of the order
PAYMENT
✦ I accept Paypal (USD) or Pix (BRL)
✦ Payment will be made in two parts: 50% at the start and 50% at the end. The process will only start once the initial 50% has been paid.
✦ The prices listed on the "prices" page serve as an initial estimate, and prices may vary from artwork to artwork.
✦ Use for commercial purposes requires authorization and an additional fee of +50% of the previously stipulated value.
✦ Refunds will only be accepted if the order has not yet been placed and/or is in its initial stages.TERMS
✦ As the artist I retain the copyright of the commissioned illustration.
✦ I will publish the commissioned illustration on my social networks, unless the client requests privacy in advance.
✦ I can refuse orders for any reason.
PROCESS
✦ My design process is divided into three parts: sketch, colors and render.
✦ Any modifications can be made in the sketch phase, but after that structural changes will not be accepted.
✦ After requesting your order, the contractor will be added to the "waiting list (Trello)".TIME
✦ The production time for a piece can vary from 1 to 4 weeks.
✦ My working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Brasília time).
✦ In the event of any delay in the order, a 10% discount will be applied to the total price of the item.DELIVERY

✦ The contractor and the contracted party must keep information such as name, number or any other sensitive information confidential.
